Responsibilities
- Advise cargo readiness to overseas network agents, review shipping documents, and follow up on final pre-alerts to issue to customers and relevant parties.
- Provide B/L draft instructions to overseas agents and coordinate B/L confirmations with customers or internal shipping teams.
- Monitor shipment status, provide updates to customers, handle TH Freight Collect operational volume, and solve daily operational problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in seafreight import operations or freight forwarding.
- Good command of English (spoken, written, and reading).
- Reliable, accurate, highly organized, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Familiarity with company operational computer systems and quality standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).
