• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with policy and legal requirements.
• Handle and responsible of employee uniform and other welfare.
• Handle the monthly HR reports and KPI as required by the company.
• Maintain and updates HR database and employee documents.
• Conduct orientation for new employees covering company history, rules and regulations, employee benefits, and other essential information.
• Plan and implement training programs (e.g. Oreintaion, Information Training).
• Cooperates with the internal and the external training including delivers tailored training programs and courses.
• Handle reporting of training to the Labor department , department of skill development and related department.
• Enforce the company policy, rules and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or any related field.
• At least 0-3 years of work experience.
• Have knowledge about Thai labor laws is a must.
• Good command at English (TOEIC score of 500 and above is given special consideration)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office  (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint), Tiger Soft Program, Cyber Training Program is essential.
• Works well under pressure, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Can drive a car and have a car driving license is given special consideration.
