Responsibilities
Customer Discovery
ร่วมประชุมกับลูกค้าเพื่อเก็บ requirement ด้าน infrastructure, platform, backup, DR, security, monitoring และ operation
Technical Assessment
วิเคราะห์ current state ของระบบ เช่น OS, server, VM, storage, network, backup, DR, monitoring, security, middleware และ dependency ต่าง ๆ
Solution Design
ออกแบบ solution เบื้องต้น เช่น infrastructure refresh, backup/restore, DR site, HA, monitoring, server/storage sizing, virtualization, cloud/hybrid
TOR/RFP Support
อ่านและสรุป TOR/RFP, ทำ compliance table, technical response, clarification list, risk และ assumption
BOM / Specification
จัดทำ BOM, product specification, sizing, license requirement และเปรียบเทียบ spec ระหว่าง vendor/product
Vendor Coordination
ประสานงาน vendor/distributor เพื่อขอราคา, sizing, datasheet, support matrix, warranty, implementation scope และ product confirmation
Proposal Support
สนับสนุนการเขียน proposal/SOW ในส่วน solution overview, architecture, technical scope, assumption, exclusion, deliverables และ implementation approach
Risk & Feasibility
ตรวจสอบความเป็นไปได้ทางเทคนิค ระบุ risk, dependency, constraint และข้อควรระวังก่อนนำเสนอหรือเสนอราคา
Delivery Handover
ส่งต่อข้อมูล solution, scope, BOM, assumption, risk และ customer requirement ให้ทีม PM/Delivery เข้าใจตรงกัน
Internal Enablement
ช่วยจัดทำ technical brief, comparison table, solution deck และ knowledge base สำหรับทีม sales/pre-sales
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields.
1-5 Years Experience in Presales or System Analyst or Others release.
Presentation skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills with proactive attitude.
Fluent in English both speaking and writing will be considered.
Computer literate with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Experience in insurance and banking business will be considered.
