• Develop and create equipment validation protocols.
• Support equipment validation activities and protocol execution.
• Generate validation reports and conduct data analysis.
• Analyze Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to support protocol development.
• Establish new protocols and standardize them across various products.
• Recommend and select optimal production lines.
• Design process methods and balance production lines.
• Prepare and issue Manufacturing (MFG) Packages, Engineering Change Notices (ECN), and Engineering Notices (EN).
• Review product yield and implement improvement actions.
• Recommend raw material packaging solutions.
• Select and evaluate appropriate equipment and machinery for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct failure analysis and root cause analysis.
• Research and integrate new technologies to enhance existing processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-10 years of experience in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
• Good command of English.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and independent work skills, with a target-driven approach.
• Ability to work at the Ayutthaya Plant.
