Manager – Inventory Fresh / Dry Food (CDC Wong noi) - บริษัท ซีเจ โลจิสติคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Prepare and provide daily inventory reports to the Operations Management team.

• Direct, monitor, review, and analyze inventory processes across all operational areas, while recommending improvements and process changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory record accuracy and ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.

• Conduct comprehensive quarterly wall-to-wall physical stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.

• Conduct process audits to identify gaps and develop initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Manage expiry and returns processes, regularly reviewing inventory to identify potential risks and opportunities to minimize obsolescence, while identifying inventory for disposal.

• Establish and manage performance standards and KPIs for the Inventory team to drive productivity, accuracy, and operational performance.

• Drive the continuous professional development of team members within the area of responsibility, including identifying high-potential employees and supporting long-term succession planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, with a solid understanding of supply chain operations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, finance, or analytical roles, preferably within a supply chain or finance environment.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.

• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Inventory Control Systems.

• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on and inspirational management style. Results-oriented, highly analytical, numerate, and financially astute.

• Proven ability to analyze operational issues, troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English and strong computer literacy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas, recommendations, and proposals to employees and management at all levels.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, with demonstrated capability to develop, motivate, and influence others across the organization.
