Responsibilities
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
• Decal Alignment Oversight: Manage the application of water-slide decals, ensuring perfect symmetry, no air bubbles, and seamless patterns across the helmet shell.
• Final Clear Coat Supervision: Control the top-coat spray process (Gloss or Matt) using robotic or manual systems to achieve consistent thickness and durability.
• Surface Perfection: Conduct stringent quality checks to eliminate dust inclusions, orange peel, or solvent pop after the curing process.
• Polishing & Buffing Management: Supervise the post-cure finishing team to polish out any minor imperfections, ensuring a mirror-like or premium matt finish.
• Inventory Control: Monitor the usage of expensive decal sets and high-grade clear coats to minimize waste and rework.
• Team Leadership: Train staff in advanced decal stretching and positioning techniques for complex helmet geometries.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for handling chemicals, resins, and carbon dust. Ensure a clean and organized work environment (5S).
• Other task assigned by Manager, Assistant Manager
Qualifications
PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Thai National.
• Female/Male, 30-35 Years Old.
• High school, diploma of Electrical, Mechanical, industrial engineering field or others bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years to 5 years experience in Industrial production factory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operators team management.
• English spoken, written, read. Able to report in English.
• Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Access…).
• Able to work in production line, listen and communicate with operators.
• Good production problems solving ability.
• Excellent team leadership with human management skills.
• Able to identify priorities, work fast and under pressure.
• Able to work independently, self-confidence and initiative.
• Knowledge of JIT, Kaisen, Kanban, 5S would be an advantage.
