Responsibilities
- ดูแลและรับผิดชอบการขายสินค้า ประเภทปั๊มและระบบน้ำ (grundfos)
- ออกพบลูกค้าเพื่อรับข้อเสนอหรือโครงการต่างๆและสร้างสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
- รักษาฐานลูกค้าเก่าที่มีอยู่เพื่อติดตามการซื้อครั้งต่อไป และเพิ่มฐานลูกค้าใหม่
- ทำรายงานสรุปการพบลูกค้า การเดินทางพบลูกค้าตามกลุ่มต่างๆ
- เข้าหน้างานวางสเปค วางระบบ เกี่ยวกับปั๊มและระบบน้ำ
- สร้างยอดขายเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายตามเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ
- ศึกษาและสำรวจพฤติกรรม ความต้องการ และเป้าหมายของผู้ใช้งาน เพื่อให้เข้าใจเชิงลึก
- ดำเนินกิจกรรมต่างๆ ตามแผนงาน เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมาย บรรลุผล KPI
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขา อุตสาหการ, ไฟฟ้ากำลัง หรือ บริหารธุรกิจ สาขาการขายการตลาด หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีรถยนต์เป็นของตนเอง พร้อมใบอนุญาตขับขี่
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์งานด้านปั๊มและระบบน้ำจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะที่ดีด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ การนำเสนอ และการสื่อสาร
- มีทักษะที่ดีในการวิเคราะห์ตลาด และกลยุทธ์ พร้อมทั้งสามารถสำรวจโอกาสในตลาดใหม่และตลาดเกิดใหม่ได้
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารได้อย่างคล่องแคล่วทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ

In 1956, Minsen Machinery Co., Ltd was registered for importing various industrial and agricultural equipments mainly from Japan and Europe to distribute to dealers across Thailand.
Currently, the company has developed and expanded its business along with government policy. As a trading firm, our main products lines are agricultural machinery, large sized industrial machine tools which are used in manufacturing and project, and water pump with consulting service in water system business. We aim to support Thailand's continuous growth in agricultural and industrial sector to be competitive among the region.
