Responsibilities
- บริหารทีมงานขายรถยนต์มือสองให้บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายที่กำหนด
- วางแผนและดำเนินกลยุทธ์การขายสำหรับรถยนต์มือสอง
- ควบคุมดูแลการจัดซื้อ การประเมินราคา และการบริหารสต็อกรถยนต์มือสอง
- บริหารจัดการกระบวนการประมูลรถยนต์มือสองให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าและคู่ค้าทางธุรกิจ
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขายและแนวโน้มตลาดเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำรายงานยอดขายและผลการดำเนินงานนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายรถยนต์มือสอง 5-10 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการซื้อขายและประมูลรถยนต์มือสอง
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขายและตลาด
- ทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และการนำเสนอที่ดีเยี่ยม
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ และสามารถเดินทางได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในพื้นที่พระนครศรีอยุธยา จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
