Safety Supervisor / Assistant Manager (Snack Plant) - Berli Jucker Foods Company Limited.

• Implement and maintain safety policies, procedures, and systems align with legal and business requirement.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across the manufacturing facility.
• Lead incident investigations and develop and preventive measures.
• Organize safety training sessions for all employees, including new hire orientations and refresher courses.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify hazards and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture through ongoing education and engagement.
• Stay updated with safety regulations, industry standards, and technological advancements.

• Bachelor's in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in safety role, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety and environment regulations, including ISO14000 and ISO45000.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proactive and committed to promoting a culture of safety.
• Ability to work in Samut Prakan and willing to relocate if necessary.
