Responsibilities
- Review customer drawing for specification, tolerance, machine and material.
- Communicate to the Manufacturing Team for on-time delivery, performance, fulfillment rate,
- productivity and customer concern.
- Design and maintain manufacturing process and product quality to obtain maximum value from production resources such as program, equipment, machines and cycle time.
- Study and evaluate the production process, method and equipments to perform in the most efficiency condition.
- Control the production process, method and equipments to perform in the most efficiency condition.
- Failure analysis and corrective action the production process, method and equipments to perform in the most efficiency condition.
- Establish Preventive action implementation and effectively eliminate root cause.
- Improve and monitoring the production process and methode to perform in the most efficiency condition.
- Improve and develop program for increase %production yield and decrease cycle time.
- Perform the jobs asignment from the management
- Perform, review and update ISO9001 procedure & work instruction which issued and related documents.
- Perform, review and update ISO14001/TIS18001 procedure & work instruction which issued and related documents.
- Perform, review and update ISO 45001 procedure & work instruction which issued and related documents.
- Perform, review and update AS9100 procedure & work instruction which issued and related documents.
Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool&Material Engineering, or related fields.
- CAD-CAM desien: Mastercam / Solidwork / AutoCAD / SolidCAM or related fields.
- Experience in manufacturing processes, CNC programming, and tooling design.
- At least 2 years of experience in machining (CNC Lathe, Milling, Wire Cut, 3/4/5 Axis).
- Knowledgeable in SPC, FMEA, APQP & PPAP, 8D problem solving, and process design.
- Good command of English in both spoken and written.
- Good leadership, pleasant personality, enthusiastic, and proactive.
