Schedule Engineer - Ritta Co.,Ltd.

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (Level 1–4) using CPM methodology

• Establish and control schedule baselines, WBS/CBS, calendars, logic ties, and constraints

• Integrate subcontractor schedules (CSA, MEP, ELV/ICT, BMS/EPMS, Fire, Commissioning)

• Analyze Critical Path, float, schedule trends, and prepare recovery plans

• Prepare 2–6 week look-ahead schedules and milestone tracking reports

• Track and forecast key data center milestones:MC, PFT, FPT, IST, Energization, RFS, Handover

• Collect and validate weekly/monthly progress updates and update schedules accordingly

• Align construction schedules with procurement and long-lead equipment delivery

• Track mission-critical packages (UPS, generators, transformers, switchgear, chillers, CRAHs, fire systems)

• Support change control, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and EOT submissions when required

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in construction planning/scheduling

• Data center or mission-critical project experience is strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of MEP-intensive construction sequencing and commissioning

• Ability to work in fast-track and phased handover environments

• Good command of English, with the ability to coordinate, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
