Responsibilities

  • Responsible for construction activities and construction management to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications, and completed within the approved schedule and budget.
  • Supervise and control construction work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    • Qualifications

    ·    Age 40 and above.

    ·    Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

    ·    Hold a professional Civil Engineering license.

    ·    More than 15 years of progressive experience.

    ·    Ability and expertise in budget and time management.

    ·    Proven experience in construction management for high-rise buildings, tunnels, expressways, railways, elevated highway structures, or
         other areas, with a minimum project value of 1,000 MB.

    ·    Possessing leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving.

    ·    Knowledge in construction techniques, construction methods, safety management and relevant regulations and laws.

    ·    Able in using Microsoft Office, Auto CAD or necessary computer applications or program related to the construction management.

    Job Summary

    In this Construction Manager Structure/Civil role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities, ensuring that work is executed strictly according to approved drawings and specifications, and completed within the designated schedule and budget. You will supervise and control construction operations to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS). This position demands significant experience and expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, including high-rise buildings, tunnels, expressways, railways, or elevated highway structures, with a minimum project value of 1,000 million Baht. You will leverage your leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive projects to successful completion.
