Project Engineer (MEP) - Ritta Co.,Ltd.

1. Plan and prepare operational plans for building systems and utilities (electrical, plumbing, and sanitary systems).

2. Estimate costs for building engineering systems, such as electrical and communication systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, air conditioning systems, and wastewater treatment systems.

3. Supervise the installation of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems in high-rise buildings to ensure compliance with design specifications and project timelines.

4. Control material usage and calculate quantities and costs in accordance with specified requirements and scope.

5. Plan and manage projects, including team coordination and scheduling, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with the project plan.

6. Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.

7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Power Engineering.

2. Minimum of 10 years of work experience.

3. Ability to perform quantity take-off and cost estimation for building engineering systems.

4. Strong knowledge and skills in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and pricing for high-rise building projects.

5. Good command of English.

6. Detail-oriented, calm, and able to work well under pressure.

7. Able to perform duties as assigned by the company.
