<Job responsibilities>
- To manage procurement activities for raw materials, parts, and indirect materials to support production requirements.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business and production objectives.
- Manage Supplier sourcing, evaluation, selection, and development for local and overseas suppliers.
- Monitor Supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and capacity.
- To lead price, cost, lead time, and commercial negotiations with suppliers.
- Drive cost reduction, material cost control, localization, and alternative sourcing initiatives.
- Manage procurement processes, contracts, and purchasing documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Analyze procurement costs, Supplier performance, and market trends to Support management decisions.
- Work with engineering, production, planning, quality, Warehouse, and logistics teams to Ensure supply continuity.
- Manage and develop the purchasing team and Monitor team performance and KPIs.
- Identify supply risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, Supplier performance, and cost competitiveness.
- Prepare procurement performance reports and Present key issues and improvement plans to Management.
- Other tasks as assigned by management

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields
- At least 7 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain of raw materials in a Manufacturing or Trading
Business
- At least 3 years of experience in as a managerial role with subordinates
- Conversational high level of English
(Communicate with Japanese Management, overseas suppliers, emails, reports, and documents)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP, or SAP
- Strong Experience in Supplier sourcing, Supplier evaluation, negotiation, and Supplier performance management
- Good knowledge of purchasing processes, cost Analysis, cost reduction, contract management, and procurement strategy
- Experience in material cost control, localization, and Supplier development
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Good leadership and team management skills

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in a Japanese company
- Experience in automotive manufacturing or Trading business
- Experience in automotive quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, and APQP will be an advantage.
