Laboratory Assistant Manager - ICP Ladda Co,.Ltd.

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise and monitor the work of laboratory analysts to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and applicable Department of Agriculture requirements.
2. Review and approve analytical test results, technical records and test reports to ensure accuracy, reliability and traceability.
3. Lead  method validation/verification and measurement uncertainty evaluation.
4. Manage nonconforming work, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and evaluation of the effectiveness.
5. Coordinate with laboratory accreditation bodies and review documents and records submitted for accreditation purposes.
6. Develop, review and revise laboratory documents to ensure they are suitability for use.
7. Plan and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with the laboratory quality management system in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
8. Develop and support the competency and performance of laboratory personnel through coaching, training, and continuous feedback.
9. Support the continuous improvement of laboratory processes, quality, efficiency, and service performance.
10. Perform other duties and special assignment as assigned by the Laboratory Manager.

1. Female, Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
2. At least 8 years of experience in analytical testing laboratory, with at least 4 years in a supervisor role.
3. In-depth knowledge and practical experience in ISO/IEC 17025 : 2017 requirements, preferably with experience as a Quality Manager or Technical Manager.
4. Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry, laboratory statistics and analytical instruments (e.g. ICP-OES, UV-Vis).
5. Proven leadership, decision-making, people management, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
6. Strong continuous improvement mindset and highly analytical mindset with rigorous attention to detail and data integrity.
7. Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities.
8. Good Command of English, particularly in reading and understanding international standards and scientific literature.
