<Job responsibilities>
• Cost Analysis & Reduction Strategy:
- Analyze historical cost data to identify expense trends, inefficiencies, and cost drivers.
- Formulate and execute effective cost-reduction strategies across production and operational processes.
• Budgeting & Financial Forecasting:
- Manage and review the preparation of annual operational budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets, analyze variance, and present actionable financial insights to management.
• Accounting Supervision & Operations:
- Supervise all core accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), General Ledger (GL), Cost
Accounting, and Inventory Management.
- Lead month-end closing of manufacturing costs and calculation of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) accurately and on schedule.
• Fixed Asset Management & Compliance:
- Oversee the recording, valuation, physical checking, and auditing of company fixed assets in strict compliance with accounting
standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and regulatory compliance.
• Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and operational teams to streamline processes, minimize rework, and reduce data
errors.
- Drive continuous process improvement (Kaizen) initiatives to enhance operational cost efficiency.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Female, age 42 - 48 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Conversational, high-level English communication skills (both written and spoken) for reporting directly to Japanese executive
management
- 7–10 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and cost control within the air-conditioning, electronics, or related
manufacturing industries.
- 3-5 years of management experience
- Strong expertise in Cost Accounting, Inventory management, and COGS calculation
- Proficient in using ERP systems (SAP is highly preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Proven experience in a large-scale manufacturing industry is highly required
- Japanese company Experience

Working Hour: 07:50-17:10 (Monday - Friday)
