Responsibilities
- รับสายลูกค้า บริการให้ข้อมูลที่ลูกค้าสอบถาม เช่น โทรติดตามพัสดุ / รับเรื่องร้องเรียน
- รองรับและให้ข้อมูลการสอบถามของลูกค้าให้ถูกต้องและประสานงานไปยังฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- กะงาน 8:00-17:00, 9:00-18:00,10:00 - 19:00, 11:00-20:00 (ทำงาน 5 วัน สลับวันหยุด)
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ม.6 หรือ ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา และ อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน Call Center สายงานรับสาย ขั้นต่ำ 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ และ สลับวันหยุด หมุนเวียนกะได้
- รับแรงกดดันได้มาก
- มีทักษะการเจรจา ต่อรองกับลูกค้า และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้ทันที
- มีใจรักในงานบริการ
