Responsibilities
- Handle corporate finance projects including IPO (mainly), financial advisory on M&A, Listing Rules Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions and capital raising exercises- Assist in assessing potential deals, preparing pitch books and executing transactions, including conducting due diligence;
- Development of forward looking new business plans for clients and the maintenance of existing business relationships
- Liaise with professional parties and communicate with regulatory authorities
- Keep abreast of corporate development and related rules and policies

Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5-10 years of work experience in finance-related or analytical roles
- Business-level proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese
- Foundational understanding of financial analysis and capital markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Prior experience in financial institutions or securities firms is a plus.
