Investment Banking -AVP / VP - KGI Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited

- Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

- At least 5 years' experience in execution of IB transactions with solid IB track records and possess FA license from SEC

- Able to execute various IB transactions from the beginning to completion, eg. debt and equity IPOs, property fund, equity-linked instruments

- Experience in managing and leading junior team members on deal structuring and execution process to meet the specified timelines

- Strong knowledge of SEC/SET rules and regulations and good analytical and financial modeling skills
