Import-export Officer - Safround Logistics (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

1.ประสานงานด้านการนำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้า
2.จัดเตรียมเอกสาร Import-Export เช่น Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Document และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Freight Forwarder, Shipping Agent, Supplier และลูกค้า
4.ติดตามสถานะการขนส่งสินค้าและการส่งมอบสินค้า
5.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Production, Purchasing และ Warehouse
6.จัดทำรายงานและงานเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
7.ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

1.เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุ 22-35 ปี
2.วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา Logistics, International Business, Business Administration หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Import-Export หรือ Logistics โดยตรง
4.สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
5.สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ/ภาษาจีน ได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
6.มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
7. มีความรู้ทางด้านศุลกากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเขตปลอดอากร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
