Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer presentation
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications
  • Prepare and post job advertisements across different channels, including job boards and social media platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, particularly those proficient in Chinese
  • Administer candidate databases and track recruitment progress
  • Support other HR-related tasks as assigned, such as employee documentation or new hire onboarding

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment
  • Excellent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Functional communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Experience recruiting for multinational companies or diverse workforces is a plus.

Job Summary

This is a full-time Executive HR Officer (Chinese Speaking) role based in Bangkok. In this position, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer presentation, with a particular focus on roles requiring Chinese language skills.
