What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to source, screen, and assess qualified candidates

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements

• Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability

• Maintaining a robust talent pipeline and managing the candidate experience through the recruitment process

• Leveraging various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events

• Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process

• Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably in the human resources & recruitment industry

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a proven track record of successful hires

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies to source, track, and manage candidates

• A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
