Hr Manager - Nan Yang Textile Group

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process for both daily and monthly employees according to plans
• Develop and manage training and development programs aligned with organizational needs
• Administer compensation, payroll, and employee benefits accurately and on time
• Manage and advise on labor relations matters, including conflict resolution
• Coordinate with relevant government agencies to ensure compliance with labor laws
• Prepare reports and analyze HR data to support management decision-making

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in human resource management
• Strong understanding and experience in payroll processing, recruitment, and labor relations
• Knowledge of the labor laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in manufacturing, especially the textile or garment industry, is a plus.
