Responsibilities

Support daily production planning and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise line operations and monitor quality standards.
Assist in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery targets.
Prepare production reports and track key performance indicators.
Promote workplace safety and team development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in automotive parts manufacturing or production supervision.
Knowledge of production planning, quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001), and Lean/Kaizen practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
