Responsibilities

  • Participate in on-site construction management, coordinating schedule, quality, and safety control.
  • Assist in the review of drawings, technical documents, and construction records.
  • Coordinate effectively among various disciplines (civil, MEP, finishing) and communicate with contractors.
  • Collaborate with the Chinese Project Manager to follow up on daily site tasks and report progress.
  • Engage in site inspections, measurements, and quantity verification.
  • Develop skills and knowledge to advance into future Project Engineer or Site Engineer roles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) as a working language, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese project managers; basic English proficiency is acceptable.
  • Willingness to work on construction sites.
  • Strong learning ability.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
