Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- รับผิดชอบการวางระบบ ติดตั้ง และ Deploy โซลูชันด้าน Digital Workspace, Enterprise ITSM และ Cloud Infrastructure ตั้งแต่ขั้น Configuration, System Integration, Testing ไปจนถึงการสนับสนุนช่วง Go-Live
- ออกแบบ ติดตั้ง และบริหารจัดการระบบ MDM / UEM (เช่น Workspace ONE) รวมถึงโซลูชัน ITSM / IT Service Management (โดยเฉพาะ Freshservice / Freshworks) ให้ตอบโจทย์ Process การทำงานของลูกค้า
- Integrate ระบบ Identity & Access Management (IAM) เช่น Active Directory (AD), LDAP, SAML, OAuth2 และ Access Control List (ACL) เข้ากับ Digital Workspace และ IT Service Workflows
- สนับสนุนการติดตั้ง Configuration และบริหารจัดการโซลูชันด้าน Cloud & Enterprise Security (เช่น Endpoint, Network, Cloud Security) ตามขอบเขตโครงการเพื่อรองรับ Hybrid / Cloud-first Environment
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค (Troubleshooting) รวมถึงประสานงานเปิด Ticket และ Escalate ปัญหากับ Vendor หรือทีมต่างประเทศ
- จัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น High-Level/Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD), Deployment Guide, Configuration Manual และ User Handover Documents
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Presales, Project Manager, Technical Team และ Customer เพื่อให้การส่งมอบโครงการเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและกรอบเวลา
- ปฏิบัติงาน Onsite และเดินทางไปยัง Customer Site เพื่อให้บริการติดตั้งและสนับสนุนระบบตามความเหมาะสม
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- มีประสบการณ์ 3–5 ปี ในสายงาน Digital Workspace, System Integration, Network Engineering หรือ Enterprise IT Infrastructure
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ทำงานจริงด้าน ITSM / IT Service Management โดยเฉพาะการใช้งานและ Configuration บน Freshservice / Freshworks
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้าน MDM / UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) เช่น Workspace ONE หรือระบบบริหารจัดการ Device สำหรับองค์กร
- มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานที่แน่นหนาด้าน Computer Network, Enterprise Architecture และ Cloud Infrastructure พร้อมเรียนรู้และปรับตัวดูแลงาน Cloud & Security ในหลากหลายผลิตภัณฑ์
- หากมีประสบการณ์หรือความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Enterprise Security Products (เช่น Netskope, Zscaler, CrowdStrike หรือ Endpoint/Cloud Security) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะด้าน Troubleshooting, Technical Analysis และ Problem Solving ที่ดี
- สามารถสื่อสาร สรุปประเด็น และใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้ดี โดยเฉพาะการเปิด Ticket, ประสานงาน และ Escalate ปัญหากับทีม Vendor หรือ Overseas Support
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการประสานงาน สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมภายในและลูกค้าได้อย่างมืออาชีพ
- สามารถปฏิบัติงาน Onsite และเดินทางไป Customer Site ได้ตามความเหมาะสม
