Responsibilities
- บริหารงานสรรหา และ อัตรากำลังพล ให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของแต่ละหน่วยงาน
- ดูแลข้อมูลและกระบวนการด้านพนักงาน เช่น การบรรจุ แต่งตั้ง โยกย้าย ปรับตำแหน่ง และสิ้นสุดการจ้าง
- สนับสนุนการบริหารผลการปฏิบัติงานและงาน HR ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบาย กฎหมาย และระเบียบบริษัท
Qualifications
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีทักษะในการใช้ Microsoft Excel และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Data Analysis) เพื่อจัดการและจัดทำรายงานด้าน HR
- มีทักษะในการใช้งานระบบ HR Systems และ Digital Tools ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft 365 และเครื่องมือ Automation เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดขั้นตอนการทำงานได้
- มีความรู้และทักษะด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล (HR Management) รวมถึงความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงาน (Labor Law) และสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างเหมาะสม
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารรัฐกิจ, รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์, รัฐศาสตร์, นิติศาสตร์, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือ สังคมศาสตร์
- เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม (GPA) ไม่ต่ำกว่า 2.70
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี โดยมีคะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป (สามารถนำส่งผลคะแนนภายหลังได้)
- สามารถปฎิบัติงานในพื้นที่ อ.แก่งคอย จ.สระบุรี
