Responsibilities
- Develop DSA Plans and strategies related to yearly KPI, base on monthly, quarterly and yearly performance to be achieve DSA own target.
- Develop teamwork, plan, and creating strategies to support DSA and also maintain evaluate and closed up training to addition skill and problem resolution.
- Monitor sale volume to be in line with own targets.
- Monitor and control DSA manner to be in line as per Bank’s policies.
- Build and maintain relationship with developers.
- Seek opportunity for co promotion with developers to bring in more mortgage loan volume.
- Coordinate with Appraisal Team, Credit Underwriting Team to make sure application status is as per Service Level Agreement.
- Coordinate with Sale team manager to review work procedure and improve to achieve with the targets.
- Share and coordinate with other division about the problems and improve work processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Compile information regarding problems and difficulties relating to mortgage loans as well as work with relevant functional units on problem resolution.
- Check applications completeness before submitted to Credit Underwriting Team

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related fields.
- Overall 5-10 Years of working experience in Mortgage Sales, Home Loan, Banking Sales, Property Business, or related areas.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in team management, sales supervision, or sales performance management.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, home loan processes, credit assessment, underwriting procedures, and banking regulations.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

What you will do
Job Summary
Lead and manage the Direct Sales Agent (DSA) team to achieve mortgage loan sales targets and business KPIs. Develop sales strategies, strengthen relationships with property developers, and identify business opportunities to increase mortgage loan volume. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Appraisal and Credit Underwriting teams, to ensure efficient loan processing and service delivery. Monitor team performance, improve operational processes, and ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and standards.
