1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ / ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป 2. ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในการบริหารทีมงาน Direct Sales ด้านการเสนอขายผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อ ไม่มีหลักประกัน (บัตรเครดิต สินเชื่อบุคคล และผลิตภัณฑ์อื่น ๆ)
3. มุ่งเน้นความสำเร็จ สามารถบริหารจัดการเวลา เพื่อเป้าหมายและรายได้ที่ไม่จำกัด
4. มีความรู้ทางด้านผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อ ไม่มีหลักประกัน (บัตรเครดิต สินเชื่อบุคคล และผลิตภัณฑ์อื่น ๆ)
5. มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และวางแผนการขายให้ทีมงาน
6. มีการสื่อสารที่ดี สร้างการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี สามารถโน้มน้าว จูงใจและยกระดับขวัญกำลังใจของทีม
7. สามารถหาทีมงาน Direct Sales ภายใต้ตนเองที่ต้องดูแล อย่างน้อย 10 คนขึ้นไปได้
