Responsibilities
- มีส่วนร่วมเสนอความคิดเห็นและเรียนรู้ในการกำหนดเป้าหมาย, มีส่วนร่วมในการ วางแผน ดำเนินงาน และติดตามงาน เพื่อให้เกิดความสำเร็จสอดคล้องตามวัตถุประสงค์และกลยุทธ์ของหน่วยงาน
- ดำเนินงานให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายและสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของระบบมาตรฐานองค์กร
- มีส่วนร่วมช่วยคิด ถ่ายทอด แผนการทำงาน, แผนงาน ไปสู่ทีมงานภายใต้การกำกับดูแล ให้เกิดความเข้าใจชัดเจน และนำไปปฏิบัติ รวมถึงทวนสอบความเข้าใจ
- จัดการ และตัดสินใจในการดำเนินงาน ได้อย่างถูกต้องเหมาะสมเพื่อให้หน่วยงานภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบของตน ดำเนินการเป็นไปตามแผนงาน
- ควบคุม ติดตาม และรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน ให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา รับทราบ ตามรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนด หรือเมื่อมีเหตุการณ์ ที่ ต้องมีการยกระดับ(escalate)
- รายงานและแก้ไขสิ่งผิดปกติ ที่เกิดขึ้นในงาน โดยมีการประเมินสถานการณ์, มีการประเมินความเสี่ยง เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการจัดการปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างเหมาะสมตามขอบข่ายความรับผิดชอบและสอดคล้องตามข้อกำหนด (Corrective Action)
- รวบรวมข้อมูลและรายงานสิ่งผิดปกติ ที่เกิดขึ้นในงาน เพื่อร่วมกันสืบค้นหาสาเหตุ คิด วิเคราะห์ หาวิธีป้องกันปัญหา และสรุปมาตรการที่เหมาะสม เพื่อนำไปปฎิบัติ (Preventive Action)
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 18 ปี ขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา สาขาวิศวกรรมการเชื่อม, วิศวกรรมโลหการ, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล,หรือสาขาที่อื่นๆเกี่ยวข้อง
- หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านเชื่อมโลหะอย่างน้อย 3 ปี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการเชื่อม, การใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น MS. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, SolidWorks
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพ เช่น GHPs, HACCP, ISO9001
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ทำงานภายใต้ภาวะแรงกดดันได้ดี ขยันและอดทนต่องานหนักได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่โรงงานจังหวัดปราจีนบุรีและปฏิบัติงานวันจันทร์-วันเสาร์ได้
