Responsibilities
- Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality
- Assist in identifying and recommending process improvements to reduce costs and waste
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes into production
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and propose solutions
- Track stock levels of production tools and equipment to ensure continuous operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
- New graduates are welcome, or 0-1 years of experience in production engineering
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
- Foundational problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Experience in data analysis or process improvement is a plus.
