Responsibilities
- Develop and validate machining processes, including tooling strategies and setup methods
- Lead machine setup, fixture validation, and First Article Approval with capability (Cp/Cpk)
- Support new product industrialization and production launch activities
- Continuously improve process capability, cycle time, quality, and overall productivity
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective corrective actions
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Tooling, Procurement, and R&D teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in machining process engineering or industrialization
- Experience with CNC machining, process validation, PPAP, and production launch processes
- Foundational knowledge of GD&T and basic CAM software (SolidCAM is a plus)
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is a plus)
- Intermediate English communication skills
