Responsibilities
- ให้บริการข้อมูล คำแนะนำ ตอบคำถาม แก้ปัญหา ลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางด้านสินเชื่อยานยนต์
- คำนวนดอกเบี้ย ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพอใจสูงสุด
- ทำงานประจำที่สำนักงานใหญ่ เพลินจิต กรุงเทพฯ
- สัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี มีปรับเงินเดือน และ ได้โบนัสประจำปี
ทำงาน 5 วัน หยุด 2 วัน

Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center หรืองานบริการลูกค้าจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และพิมพ์ดีดไทย
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาและวันหยุดได้
- เรียนรู้งานเร็ว สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะการกดดัน และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- ยินดีพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่
