Responsibilities
1.วางแผนและควบคุมการผลิตทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาวให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้าและเป้าหมายของบริษัท รวมถึงบริหารจัดสรรทรัพยากรให้เพียงพอและเหมาะสม
2.กำกับดูแลและติดตามกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด เพื่อให้ได้ผลผลิตที่มีคุณภาพและตรงตามเป้าหมาย
3.วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการผลิตอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิผล ลดต้นทุน และลดของเสีย
4.บริหารจัดการทีมงานฝ่ายผลิต ให้คำแนะนำ พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร และเสริมสร้างการทำงานเป็นทีม
5.กำกับดูแลให้กระบวนการผลิตเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ISO, GMP, HACCP และมาตรฐานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
6.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายวางแผนการผลิต ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
7.จัดทำรายงานผลการผลิต วิเคราะห์ปัญหา อุปสรรค และเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
8.จัดทำและบริหารงบประมาณประจำปีของแผนกผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานและเป้าหมายขององค์กร
Qualifications
1.ป.ตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.มีทักษะการวางแผนและการบริหารงานอย่างเป็นระบบ
3.มีประสบการณ์โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
