Operation Shift Manager (รังสิต/บางนา กม.22) - CJ Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือมีประสบการณ์เทียบเท่า

• ประสบการณ์คลังสินค้า/ศูนย์กระจายสินค้าอย่างน้อย 3 ปี และมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 2 ปี

• เคยดูแลทีมขนาดใหญ่ (~70 คน/กะ) ในงานที่มีปริมาณสูงและรวดเร็ว

• มีภาวะผู้นำสูง เน้นผลลัพธ์ และสามารถบริหาร KPI ได้ (เช่น Productivity, Accuracy, OTIF)

• เข้าใจระบบ WMS/OMS และใช้ MS Office ได้

• แก้ปัญหาและตัดสินใจได้ดีภายใต้ความกดดัน

• ทำงานเป็นกะได้ (รวมถึงวันหยุด และทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์)
