Responsibilities
• Perform daily warehouse operation tasks, including documentation and coordination.
• Record and prepare documents for receiving, issuing, transferring, and storing goods.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date WMS/SAP inventory flow data.
• Track the status of receiving and issuing goods and resolve initial operational issues.
• Control stock accuracy and coordinate in case of stock discrepancies.
• Support cycle count and stock take operations and verify data for inventory counting.
• Record and summarize daily/weekly/monthly reports such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Warehouse KPIs.
• Verify data to analyze warehouse security audit issues.
• Adhere to safety, quality, 5S, and other requirements.
Qualifications
Work Experience : 3-5 years
Education Background : Bachelor degree or higher
Major Subject : Business, Automotive, or Related major
- Good skills in using related computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining organized records
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication for internal teams
