Responsibilities
• วางแผนและเตรียมความพร้อมกระบวนการผลิตสำหรับโครงการรถรุ่นใหม่ (New Model)
• ศึกษาแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ และจัดทำเอกสารทางวิศวกรรม เช่น Process Flow, Line Layout, Line Balancing
• จัดทำและควบคุมเอกสาร APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สนับสนุนการทดลองผลิต (Trial / Pilot Run) และเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเริ่มผลิตจริง (SOP)
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหากระบวนการผลิตด้วยเครื่องมือทางวิศวกรรม เช่น 4M, 5 Why, Fishbone
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต คุณภาพ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงลูกค้าในบางโครงการ
• ปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อลดต้นทุน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และลดของเสีย
Qualifications
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล / อุตสาหการ / ยานยนต์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
• สามารถอ่านแบบ Drawing ได้
• ใช้โปรแกรมเขียนแบบ เช่น AutoCAD / SolidWorks / CATIA ได้
• ใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับปานกลาง
• ผู้ที่มีความรู้ด้าน APQP, PPAP, FMEA หรือระบบ IATF 16949 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
