Responsibilities
- Manage multiple brands to ensure alignment with business strategy and brand positioning
- Oversee full product lifecycle: assortment planning, sales analysis, stock control, and forecasting
- Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies across online and offline channels to drive brand image and sales performance
- Create impactful campaigns, events, and collaborations with global and local partners to strengthen brand awareness and engagement
- Strategically manage KOL campaigns for the best ROI
- Lead and inspire the ABM team while collaborating closely with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver strong business results
Qualifications
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fashion or luxury industry.
- Passionate about fashion, luxury brands, and retail excellence.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box for innovative marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, high responsibility, result oriented, self-driven, initiative, innovative, energetic, adaptive and able to work under pressure in a cross cultural environment.
- Ability to travel abroad and upcountry.
