Production Engineer - บริษัท เอจีซี ไมโคร กลาส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Responsible for production operation and team supervisor.
• Control production output to achieve the target of yield, quality, delivery, and cost and improve the process to highest performance
• Control the operator to follow company rule and keep the high attendance rate including discipline and good attitude.
• Handle improvement project as assigned. also kaizen, 5s, cost saving, control for yield improvement.
• Support production line.
• Can support working overtimes and night shift (if request)

• Ungendered, no age limit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering any related field.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in a manufacturing facility (New graduated student is welcome).
• The successful candidate must have a high degree of managerial skills and first line supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of standard cost systems and controls is required.
• Management skill requirements: leadership, supervisory, decision making, coaching, problem-solving, planning, and communication.
• Good command of the English language and computer proficiency.
