Responsibilities
- Support daily production planning and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise line operations and monitor quality standards.
- Assist in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery targets.
- Prepare production reports and track key performance indicators.
- Promote workplace safety and team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in automotive parts manufacturing or production supervision.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001), and Lean/Kaizen practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
