Responsibilities
- Perform daily field service operations, including 24-hour emergency breakdown support according to the maintenance plan.
- Oversee compliance with security requirements, including audits and remediation.
- Work with service technicians to maintain performance standards. Quality and Safety.
- Conduct on-site inspections Daily briefings and weekly service review meetings.
- Visiting customers and providing monthly service reports to support customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Service Sales team on repair and billing tasks.
- Analyze problems and propose solutions to reduce equipment breakdowns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
- At least 4-10 years of experience in field service, especially in the elevators, escalators or related industries.
- Associate Engineer Certification (minimum requirement).
- Experience in field service operations, preferably within the elevator, escalator, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and digital tools related to service operations.
- Good command of English communication.
- Proficiency in Thai language is required.
- Thai language proficiency is required.
