Responsibilities
- Develop and expand OEM business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers in the Personal Care category.
- Identify new products, market opportunities, and customer requirements to drive sales growth and business expansion.
- Act as the key contact for customers, coordinating with R&D, Operations, Planning, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage new product development (NPD) and customer projects from concept through commercialization.
- Support international market activities through distributors, regional teams, and export channels to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales, or Marketing within Personal Care, Cosmetics, FMCG, or OEM manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience managing OEM customers and new product development projects.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, project management, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of Personal Care products, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Good command of Thai and English.
- Ability to work in Samut Prakan Province, and willing to relocate if required by business needs.
