Responsibilities
- ดูแลภาพรวมของงานทรัพยากรบุคคลทั้งหมด เช่น การสรรหาว่าจ้าง การฝึกอบรม สวัสดิการพนักงาน และงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ
- ดำเนินการสรรหา ได้แก่ คัดเลือกผู้สมัคร นัดสัมภาษณ์
- ประเมินผลทดลองงานพนักงานใหม่ (ภายใน 119 วัน)
- วางแผนและจัดทำเอกสารฝึกอบรม เช่น แผนฝึกอบรม รายงาน Training Needs, จัดทำเอกสารเพื่อยื่นให้สถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ทั้งรายครั้งและรายปี รวมถึงจัดอบรมปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่
- ดูแลสวัสดิการต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ เครื่องแบบพนักงาน โปรแกรมตรวจสุขภาพประจำปี การจัด Team Building และงานเลี้ยงพนักงาน
- พัฒนาและดำเนินการตามนโยบาย ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับของบริษัท และจัดทำคู่มือพนักงาน
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ รัฐศาสตร์ รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีทักษะการใช้ Microsoft Office ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว (โดยเฉพาะ Excel / PowerPoint)
- บุคลิกภาพดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีใจรักงานบริการ
- สามารถสร้างงานนำเสนอหรือสื่อ Infographic ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
