Responsibilities
🔎 Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding (End-to-End Recruitment)
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source and engage qualified candidates through Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Media, Employee Referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview processes, and manage employment offers
- Build and maintain a strong Talent Pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Track and analyze Recruitment KPIs, including Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Source Effectiveness, and Candidate Experience
- Improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and hiring quality
- Create engaging recruitment campaigns and Employer Branding content across digital and social media platforms
🌱 Training & People Development
- Coordinate New Employee Onboarding and Orientation programs
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Maintain Training Records, Training Matrix, and related training documentation
- Follow up on and evaluate Training Effectiveness
- Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Individual Development Plan (IDP) processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and Training
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using AI and Digital Recruitment Tools to improve recruitment efficiency
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CapCut for Recruitment Content and Employer Branding is highly preferred
- Knowledge of TNA, Training Matrix, and IDP processes is an advantage
- Good command of English in reading, writing, and communication
