Senior Project Manager - Archetype Construction Consultants (Thailand) Limited

• Drive and oversee the construction phase of projects, serving as the primary client interface and ensuring multi-disciplinary design teams deliver integrated, timely, and client-focused solutions.
• Lead the overall management of construction projects, ensuring alignment with company standards, client requirements, and project objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison for design matters, translating client requirements and feedback into clear, actionable directions for design teams.
• Coordinate and facilitate design deliverables across all disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP), ensuring integration, consistency, and timely outputs.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting during construction phases to secure on-time and within-budget outcomes, with authority to manage project budgets within approved limits and company policies.
• Manage contracts and procurement processes relevant to construction activities, ensuring compliance with scope and commercial terms.
• Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, fostering strong professional relationships and exploring opportunities for additional services.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project management processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership to the project team, including resource allocation, mentoring, performance oversight, and involvement in staffing and recruitment decisions in line with company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of proven experience in Project Management, with strong exposure to pre-construction phases and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale or multiple mid-scale projects, including client-facing responsibilities.
• A background in Civil/Structural Engineering is strongly preferred, along with experience in functional and industrial facilities (e.g., factories, warehouses, plants).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Excel, MS Office).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to present to clients and manage complex requirements.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Previous experience within a consultancy environment is a plus.
