Sales Manager (Forwarding Business / Japanese Speaking) (100K–200K) (SDG-134582) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

<Job responsibilities>
- Develop and expand the company's forwarding business by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Make sales calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
- Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to Support customer requirements, solve problems and
implementation
- follow up sales strategies
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and other management reports as required

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 34 - 46 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development from freight forwarding or logistics industry
- At least 2 years in an Assistant Manager or Manager level
- Business-level Japanese (to communicate with Japanese clients and the management team)
- Conversation high level of English (to communicate with clients and suppliers)
- Experience in sales achievement in both individual or team targets
- Experience in a Japanese company
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Have Driving license and own car

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics
- strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- strong leadership skills with the Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and key account management

Language Skill
English level: Conversational
Japanese level: Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 08:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)
