Responsibilities
- ขยายฐานลูกค้า Commercial ในอุตสาหกรรมเติบโตสูง และทำการตลาดเชิงรุกอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ดูแลและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าแบบ One Stop Service ให้คำแนะนำและเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับลูกค้าในการทำธุรกิจและบริการทางด้านการเงิน
- บริหารกระบวนการสินเชื่อต่างๆ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เช่น การรวบรวมข้อมูลและเอกสารจากลูกค้า การ Structure วงเงินให้เหมาะสม รวมถึงการ Defense Case กับผู้อนุมัติสินเชื่อ
- ติดตามการชำระเงิน, เจรจาและปรับโครงสร้างหนี้ลูกค้าใน Port เพื่อการควบคุมคุณภาพลูกหนี้
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น ให้กับลูกค้า กรณีมีข้อขัดข้องและเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าด้วยการบริการที่รวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภา
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขาการเงิน การธนาคาร เศรษฐศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านเจ้าหน้าที่สินเชื่อและเจ้าหน้าที่วิเคราะห์สินเชื่ออย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะในการประสานงานที่ดี
- มีความรู้ทางด้านสินเชื่อ ผลิตภัณฑ์ และกฎหมาย กฎระเบียบต่างๆ ของธนาคาร
- มีความสามารถวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงของธุรกิจต่างๆ เช่น Cross Selling, Product Credit, Non Credit Product
