Senior Equipment Engineer (Back End Maintenance) (50K–60K) (SDG-134652) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

<Job responsibilities>
- Supervise, manage, and train technicians to improve their technical skills
- Implement and maintain maintenance systems according to AS9000, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and FDA requirements
- Support PCBA production for Medical and non-Medical customers
- Create and update programming for Selective Soldering, - Wave Soldering, Depaneling, and Aqueous Cleaning
- Perform PM, BM, CM, Predictive maintenance, and Overhaul for Back end machines
- Manage PM schedules, records, machine conditions, and historical data
- Support machine setup, repair, PM, production, and machine IQ / re-validation
- Create and update machine IQ protocols according to Medical requirements
- Provide technical Support on machine capability, capacity, specifications, and technology
- Support product Engineers in root cause Analysis, product validation, DOP, and process troubleshooting
- Develop and Maintain machine procedures, work instructions, and preventive maintenance programs
- Support internal and external quality audits
- Improve machine efficiency, reliability, and minimize machine downtime
- Support production during product changeover and optimize machine selection
- Manage spare parts and develop local vendors for cost-saving
- Measure and analyze Wave / Selective Soldering profiles for NPI products
- Create, update, and modify Wave / Selective Soldering programs
- Develop Soldering profile re-measurement plans and Monitor machine performance

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, age 25 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, electronics, mechatronic or mechanical)

- (A) 1-3 years for Engineer
- (B) 3-5 years for Engineer
- (C) 5-10 years for Senior Engineer (1st priority candidate)
- Experiences in EMS or PCB manufacturing industry.
- Basic computer software for OS, Microsoft Office, database, Network
- Worked as a technician or in a maintenance field
- Evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery
- English conversational, high level with TOEIC 450 Scores (meetings, emails, and doucments)
- High technical expertise

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Worked in Electronics Industrial or contract manufacturing is an advantage
- Multi skill and know how in different machine type (Wave, Selective soldering, oven etc.)

English level: Conversational
Japanese level: None

Workplace Area: Bang Pa-In Railway Station
Working Hour: 08:00-17:00 (Monday – Friday)
