Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle existing customer sales operations (visit clients with Japanese MD)
- Develop new customers from Japanese, European, American, and local companies in Thailand
- Conduct sales activities to automotive, electrical, and electronic component manufacturers and Tier 1/2 manufacturers
- Market research for new customers and new projects, selection of target companies
- Customer visits, product introductions, technical discussions
- Confirmation of customer drawings and specifications, and deployment to internal technical departments
- RFQ (Request for Quotation) content confirmation, quotation preparation, and price negotiation
- Development of new projects for metal terminals, pressed parts, plastic molded parts, etc.
- Technical coordination with customers regarding molds, prototypes, and mass production
- Customer correspondence regarding APQP, PPAP, quality requirements, etc.
- Progress management of new projects
- Primary response to technical inquiries from customers
- Coordination with technical, quality, and production departments of Japanese headquarters and Thai factory
- Development of new markets and new customers including ASEAN region
- Progress reporting on sales activities, RFQs, order prospects, etc.
- Handle mass production customer service duties during training phase
- Other tasks assinged by manager

- Age 30-45 years
- Female Gender
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of sales, sales engineering, technical sales, quality, design, or production engineering experience in manufacturing industry
- Conversational high to business level of English (quotation/specification/quality document review, communication with overseas customers)
- Conversational high to business level of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) (for technical/sales discussions with Japanese headquarters, negotiations with Japanese customers, understanding Japanese drawings/specifications/quality documents, reporting/explanations to Japanese headquarters)
- Sales experience to automotive Tier 1 / Tier 2 manufacturers is preferred
- Sales experience with metal pressed parts and terminal parts is preferred
- Sales experience with injection molded parts is preferred
- Knowledge and experience with molds is preferred
- Knowledge of APQP / PPAP / IATF 16949 is preferred
- Project experience from RFQ to mass production launch is preferred
