Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify additional business opportunities
- Conduct proactive sales activities to acquire new customers
- Visit potential customers and introduce maintenance services
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable maintenance solutions
- Prepare quotations and coordinate service proposals with internal teams
- Follow up on potential customers and manage the sales pipeline
- Share information and instructions from the Japanese Sales Manager with team members
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5-year B2B sales experience in any manufacturing
- Experience in proactive sales activities, including customer visits, new customer development, and order acquisition.
- Conversational middle level of English (Able to communicate with Japanese manager and penetrate policies to subordinates)
- Experience in selling maintenance, service, equipment, or other solution-based products will be preferable
- Experience working as a Senior Sales, Sales Supervisor, or equivalent position will be preferable

Workplace Area: Amatanakorn Industrial Estate Panthong, Chonburi
Working Hour: 08:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
