Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the Sales team to achieve sales targets and company objectives
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, especially Automotive OEM / Tier 1 customers
- Handle customer requirements, inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-up
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Engineering, Production, Quality, PPIC and Purchasing to support customer requirements
- Monitor sales performance, sales forecasts, customer orders and delivery schedules
- Support new project development, quotation and cost negotiation
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for problem-solving and corrective actions
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and management reports
- Lead and develop team members to improve sales performance and customer service
- Conduct Ho Ren So meetings

- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of sales experience from any manufacturing industry
- Must have 2 years of sales experience from automotive industry
- Have management experience at least 1 year as Senior, Supervisor level
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Plastic/ Rubber processing for the Automotive industry.
- Conversational middle-high level of English (Report with Japanese Manager and communicate with oversea customers)
- Have own car and driving license.
- Great communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Experience with Plastic Injection / Rubber parts in Automotive industry will be advantage.
- Experience working with Japanese customers or Japanese company will be an advantage.
